Upon selecting Roger G. Jain & Associates to be my attorney to handle a case against the Number 3 Credit Card Bank in the USA, Coleman Tucker was assigned to my case swiftly!Report
The Firm and Mr. Tucker took very proper and prompt action and was extremely persistent in their approach. This effectiveness showed when the bank decided to faster than expected close the case entirely in my favor!

Our company was represented by Roger G. Jain & Associates, and our attorney was Coleman Tucker. We are still amazed at the level of professionalism that Mr. Tucker exhibited. He came in and handled our case (for prosecution) and by the time he was done the opposing side tucked tail and ran. Needless to say our case settled out of court which saved us a ton of time and money. Some attorneys I have worked with in the past will claim to be a lion vs a gazelle, and have disappointed me. Coleman Tucker is an awesome attorney to have on your side, and one other attorneys don't want to go up against. I was represented by Thomas Smith from the Jain law firm in a case. The rates were a little more pricier than the typical high costs of an attorney but was worth the cost since his fees were shadowed by the additional amount he was able to save. I was ready for the court date with typical items that one would consider but Thomas evaluated the case and made the results much, much more fair to me than they would have been. I appreciate the detail and fast email response. Also, Thomas and his colleagues explained all the phases and steps of the case so I wouldn't misunderstand what was next.
