I was referred to this law group by the Houston Law Referral Service. I scheduled a consultation on Wednesday for a Thursday appointment and sent in all the documents for the attorney to review. My appointment with Renae Mundis started late which wasn’t the problem, her close mindedness, lack of preparation, and her being so judgmental was. She basically told me I didn’t have a case and I was legally entitled to nothing and made me feel so bad about my family court case, that I didn’t even want to go to court. She continuously went in as if this was a matter of her opinion rather than the law and facts I had previously sent for her to review prior to our consultation.
With the support of my husband and my faith, I went to court the next day. I successfully won my case on my own without any legal representation.
I would not recommend this attorney based on our 20 min consultation and hope this helps someone else make the best decision for themselves. I would like to see this attorney exercise some sympathy for parents who are hurting and not just treat them like they are so disposable.
