I would recommend Rockwater Associates to any business that finds themselves in the challenging position of dealing with the IRS in any area that Rockwater handles. In our case, we had an extremely challenging 2019 and fell behind behind on our payroll taxes. Our company is 43 years old and had never been in the position of not paying our taxes.

Like many small business's we pay hundreds of thousands of dollars in taxes every year. We fell behind hundreds of thousands of dollars. We were to the point that liens on our personal properties were imminent. Abe, Tom, Catherine and their staff stepped in and immediately took control. While I can't say that the angst immediately disappeared, I can say that we had a very strong and competent advocate that took the fear out of the process and allowed us to concentrate on running our business.

In addition, they immediately stopped all actions that would have seized our receivables and the business's physical assets. They've provided us with immediate relief so we could operate and to date we've paid back almost all of the trust fund portion of the debt. Tom and his staff have also negotiated to provide a reasonable repayment agreement on the balance and are very close to a settlement that will eliminate most of the penalties and interest. Way to go Rockwater!!!
