I have a business and its tax season and emailed these people about 1099s and statements and tax return and nobody answered me yet in last 7-10 days. I emailed some other team members of them and no response yet and i need my 1099s out in 3 days. And my consultant also changed 3 times in 1 year, so nobody has an idea of what my company’s accounting looks like. Im just gonna let them take care of 2022 (if i can even get in touch with anybody) and wont be working with them anymore.

I cannot say enough good things about Tom Wyangard and his team. I gave them as much information as I could and the answer they gave me then and till the end of our long road ahead was we are here for you and will do everything we can and we will be here ,while inspiring to a guy that’s been through a really tough time personally enduring family tragedy and great financial loss I was almost skeptical after being knocked down time and time again but from the first call then all during the what seems now to be an epic experience racing to the finish line with optimism only to be thrown what I thought was another heavy blow Covid came at what could have been the finish line again for all of us yes by then every call was answered and every obligation was always met . I had learned that they were going to be there it was building confidence in me that I had almost lost for anything and I had always been an optimist but after 7 years of one heavy loss after another I kept trusting Tom and everyone involved no one ever over promised but they seemed to always over perform. I had talked to a lot of other firms before during and after my association with Tom and Rockwater they were the same guys who never promised me that we will be here I had heard about the nightmares of dealing with other National firms who mad a lot of promises even when I told them that all was being taken care of some of them scoffed . I did feel the shock of the government shutdown and I can’t say I didn’t wonder but I remember the call from Tom who had already given me the good and the bad news as it came and always worked to get the answers for me but this was not an easy call to take and Tom as always let me know he was concerned the rules were changing and the bar was being raised but I thought more about him calling me telling me the truth and giving me a path to follow. I am sure many others would have given up on me at one time I almost expected it . I gave Tom my answer that day and he has to this day never let me down and the job is done . Even after the job was done he has followed up with me to assure me that he would make sure that the process was complete and he made a friend there were days I really struggled I want Tom and everyone there to know it meant a lot I can only say they were always there for me and we could write another book about what we went through but now I am writing a different story a much more hopeful one for me and I truly recommend Tom and Rockwater to anyone that needs someone they can count on to show them the way out of a bad financial situation and stay on the right path .

I have gone threw some pretty bad experiences so I sour to try another tax consultant but I talk to nik who was very patient with me as I didn’t trust no one he took the time to explain every detail what I was to expect from him and his team so wish me luck I will keep u informed !!!!
