Robert J. Truesdale Painting is an owner operated company that takes major pride in the quality of work provided. I personally work on each job myself to ensure quality and provide the best and most reliable service my reputation supports.

I began my professional Boise painting career in 1976 becoming a member of the Painters and Allied Trades Union Local 33. In the years leading up to becoming a contractor in 1992, I worked for numerous (large & small) residential and commercial painting contractors which allowed me to gain a wide range of professional experience and be able to consider myself a 'True Painter'!

To learn proper technique of many of today's faux finishes, I completed an 80 hour course taught by world renowned artisan Nicola Vigini at the Vigini Studios at San Antonio TX. Robert J. Truesdale Painting specializes in interior surface repairs, texture and color matching, and most professionally applied paint, stain, or faux finishes.

For years now, Robert J. Truesdale Painting has taken pride in an extensive, ever growing list of satisfied customers. Amongst the clientele list are a few recognizable names such as ESPN national sports radio talk show host, Colin Cowherd, and actor Dick Van Dyke's oldest son Chris Van Dyke to name just a couple!
