OnDemand Painters St. Louis

Excellent Experience We hired OnDemand to paint the doors and interior walls of our home that we were converting into a rental. One of the walls had severe drywall damage from a curious puppy. I've worked with many vendors for services like this, and OnDemand is by far the best.

What I loved:

- The staff showed up on time with lots of communication ahead of the appointment.

- They respected that I wished to communicate via text (I'm in and out of meetings all day).

- They worked extremely fast! My entire job was done in 4 hours.

- The quality of work was excellent -- my walls and doors like brand new.

I will 100% use OnDemand again. In fact, I'm about to text them right now about another project!

From date of contact to completion of job was just a few days which others wanted to put us off until January. Constant communication eg. text the day before, text that Jake was running 15 minutes late. Helped moving of heavy couch and entertainment center. Drop cloths covered all floors. Finished in one day. We did walkthrough before he left. Minor spots we pointed out were quickly touched up. Would use again

I would highly recommend this team for indoor painting. Why?

- great communication and punctual. Additionally, there was a request from us to deviate from the bid, and they were intentional to ensure that we were in total alignment before moving forward.

- great quality for the cost. I didn't want to pay for white glove service, so I opted to try this company which offered a lower/competitive bid. Yet, the experience I received, in many ways, felt like white glove service. They were excellent. The job was done well, the lines were clean, and the job site was clean when they left. (Let's be real, they sanded and painted... So I'll still have some cleaning to do, but I appreciate the care they took to be tidy throughout)

- Do it right, not just the bare minimum. They tackled a few small extra fixes, which were out of scope, but made the whole project look that much nicer. I also appreciate their suggestions which guided or validated decisions.

- Friendly. This family owned business arrived with a family crew. They were all a pleasure to interact with throughout the day. I especially enjoyed some of the light-hearted joking and good sense of humor (respectful, of course)
- billing was easy. They validated that I was happy with the job before leaving. I received a link to an online payment platform. Boom. Done.

Note to the painters: I appreciate all that you did. We'll have you back soon for other rooms in the house. I wish you the best!

Incredibly fast. Quality and attention to detail are great.

Chris and his team are fantastic! I received a quick bid and all of my never ending questions were answered. We are creating a man cave and the paint just made it perfect. All three painters treated it as a beautiful space and not just a garage. Thank you Chris for sending experienced painters who were all so courteous.

I can't say enough good things about Chris and his team. Every step of the way the communication was excellent and the process of getting the bid/contract/work done was so easy. We had a tree limb come through the ceiling so we needed drywall repair and ceiling painting. The team was great to work with and did an AMAZING job of keeping everything in the house protected and clean. I really appreciated that they were able to check for any additional damage in the ceiling area. The repaired area looks great. I will not hesitate to use them again.

Chris and the team at OnDemand make the quoting process very quick, accurate, and painless, and then they back it up with top quality work. There are so many contractors out there these days who completely lack communication skills and timeliness, but OnDemand excels in those areas. I highly recommend them for any interior or exterior painting job.

On Demand was very professional and pleasant to work with. They were also very reasonably priced. They did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day and were very detail oriented and knowledgeable. One element that could use some help is paint crew needed a couple more people to operate at peak efficiency.
