The women who worked there that helped us were so kind and patient with our hyper little dog who we were getting her first check up since adopting her and she was unsure of what was going on but they handled her with care. And our vet was also very patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable and helpful answering all our questions!

do yo offer exotic pet services without having the "Care Credit" Credit Card. We have 2 red eared slider turtles and we need to know if there healthy 1 male and 1 is a possibly (but were not sure,) a pregnant female until we see the vet. We have our cat scheduled or an exam and it already has had it yearly shots and spayed/neutered. But I have no papers from previous owners about the medical records and were working on getting something to show instead of paying for all new medical info for the cat and the male/female turtle(s). Money is what is holding us back and I've already paid a $50 deposit for the Cats visit since I was able to but now moneys super tight and I really need help. Could someone reach out to me for help, I reached out to PAWS NE but there fully booked and I would rather have something we can work out like a payment plan if need be. Thank you for your time and once this gets resolved I will change my rating back. Thank you and God Bless you. Sorry I forgot to mention that my name is Bill.

They were wonderful with my Evee. It is a little inconvenient for me because of a few steps to climb but I will do it for the sake of my cat. How my pet is treated is extremely important to me.

I just wanted to say thank you for your continued care with our new fur babies. You were the sole care provider for our first two furry children Rocco & Sparky. You always had the right answers and when the time finally came to make adult decisions you were understanding and honest. That helped to ease our burden.
And now you are once again responsible for our two newest fur baby puppies Phineas and Patrick. We look forward to your continued wonderful care with our greatest joy!
