We suffered total damage to our rental property for the elderly and disabled. Kent Sonnier and his team were the only company that came out after Hurricane Laura and did a complete assessment of our property within 2 weeks of contacting him. We are located in Lake Charles. They were professional and thorough and we receive a complete plan of action on what was needed to restore our home from a mitigation view! Although we did not use them because of insurance issues; we would highly recommend them if you are ever in need of their services!

This was the absolute worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. They were unprofessional, untimely, did not communicate at all, damaged things that should not have even been messed with, and almost incompetent in some areas. They were never at my house when they said they would be, and would never call before they came, they charged me for drying days when they didn’t even have the machines running, and the packing crew packed approximately 5 boxes in a 4 hour window after showing up 2 hours after they said they would . They tore out a lot of my sheetrock and just left it all over my carport for my reconstruction crew to haul off. Their services were most definitely not worth the headache of even trying to get them on the phone.

These guys are a pleasure to with on damage to your home. They are professional, knowledgeable and reasonable priced.
