Restoration Pros

No one wants to have to deal with half of their house flooding (a week before Christmas), but if it ever does happen I highly recommend calling Restoration Pros. Marcus and Isaac were the first to come out to assess the damage and they’ve been our “regulars” through this process. They’re very professional, friendly, and thorough. We’ve had the pleasure of meeting Landon, Will, and Gabe as well. Maddy and Alexis did a wonderful job initializing and supervising our pack out. All of the above mentioned were involved in our pack out and we couldn’t have asked for a better team to make the already stressful situation go as smoothly as possible. Brandon makes a point to call every evening to update and fill us in on what to expect the following day and it is highly appreciated. We’re still in the middle of our demo, but are very pleased with the work that has been done. You won’t find friendlier people to deal with when you feel like your life is a mess, as well as your home. 5 stars.

Kent and his crew are very professional to deal with. They take pride in leaving a clean job site, and respond very quickly when called. Highly recommended if you want someone you can trust inside your home.

Shame on this absolutely terrible, Louisiana owned, hurricane chasing business. We were determined to use Louisiana businesses to help us with our devastated home after Hurricane Ida in Houma. We were assured by manager, Joseph " "Kent" Sonnier that he went into mitigation because his own family's home was destroyed in a hurricane in the same conversation he told us they fired the leader of the crew they sent into our house for incompetence because he didn't follow protocol (from the managers on mouth) and gutted our house to the bones and he told us we would be compensated monetarily for many thousands of suspiciously missing custom cabinets and cherry crown molding and base boards I was personally assured would be wrapped and saved by the terminated crew lead.
The owner (who will not speak to me) and "Kent the manager" have decided that my policy is going to pay for my personal property with the $131,000 bill they sent that you really have to laugh about because we were treated so terribly even after someone was fired.
PLEASE! If you live in south Louisiana, this could be you in the future if you hire them. They want your policy. They don't care about how they devastate your family.
