Why would you want to work with us? Often times people ask, "what makes you different from the other Realtors or real estate agents in New Braunfels?" Can you help sell homes in New Braunfels, San Antonio and Austin? Can you offer better incentives? Do you offer lower rates? Will you answer the phone every time I call? The answer to their question is always up front and honest, "We do the best we possibly can and keep your best interest in mind every step of the way but as far as selling homes in New Braunfels, San Antonio and Austin....We do that as well as all surrounding areas!" Let's be honest, there is no perfect Realtor. There are no perfect people. Do we offer incentives? On certain homes, yes we do! Do we offer lower rates? In some cases we can. Will we answer the phone every time you call? We try our best but you will almost always at least get a text letting you know we will call you right back b/c we are in a meeting if we cannot answer. See, we are not in the business of being perfect. We are what you would consider the perfect, imperfect human. We are very good at what we do and have a lot of experience to back us. In this lifetime that God has blessed me with I have been very lucky. Lucky to have a great family, wife, kids and opportunities to provide for them. I have built and sold over 500 homes around the New Braunfels, San Antonio and Austin areas. I was raised in residential and commercial construction and real estate and have familiarized myself with both. It would be very hard to find another Realtor with the same level of experience and customer service. Did I mention how lucky I am? My wife (Tiffany Parker) and I have been together since we were 15 and 16 yrs old and married since we were 21. We have 3 wonderful young boys and she is my best friend. I have the pleasure of working with her in real estate every day. To some that may seem like a bad idea but for us, it works. We are often on the same page and her extensive experience, attention to detail referring to customer relations, organization and level of commitment to our clients, keeps our business a step ahead. She learned real estate from her late grandfather, Realtor Archie Culpepper, he had guided her back to real estate through a dream and she followed that premonition because of her faith and has successfully helped many clients find homes in New Braunfels since.
