I've had Guy managing my property in Oceanside for a year now and he is phenomenal. Night and day between my last manager and him as he is prompt, professional and a wealth of knowledge. He has regularly gone out of his way for non standard situations and is very proactive in the market by doing rental rate evaluations and lease renewals months in advance so there's no vacancy. Would highly recommend!
