Pure Air Duct Cleaning

These guys were wonderful to work with — specifically Asi and his crew were punctual, professional, and went above and beyond. Asi noticed that the ducts in our new home were not cleaned in a long while by the previous owner. He walked me through what needed to be done, pointed everything out, and he and Dina (from the front office) send me a fair, updated invoice on the same day. Then his crew took the time to carefully clean, add UV light, and repair all the ducts all over our new house.

We could literally feel the fresh, new air after the job was done. Not only did the house smell so much better, but breathing in the air was actually refreshing in our house.

These guys really went above and beyond. Asi also replaced all the duct covers without charging me any additional cost for the labor and the drive he had to make to Home Depot (I did not tell him about the duct covers beforehand, he just noticed some of the were old and offered his time to get the replacement parts from Home Depot, he saved the receipts and showed them to me, charging only for the cost of the duct covers on the receipt and nothing else). He also noticed the airflow connector to the drier was old and about to break down, so he gave me a very fair deal to take care of that too. Lastly, he noticed the airflow in our top floor was not working properly (something our inspectors missed when we were contingent on the house), and now we know what options we have to explore to fix that next. We wouldn’t have known right away if it wasn’t for him walking us through it, again taking much more time from his schedule to walk us through something without charging us anything more.

We highly recommend these guys and will be using them for annual air flow cleaning to keep our house ducts in the top shape they are in now thanks to them. Thank you Asi and Dina - you were so professional and a pleasure to work with!

Simply amazing, very thorough, speedy and knowledgeable. Cleaned the vents from an old house I rented and the crap they removed from the vents was astonishing. Would definitely recommend.

We recently purchased a new home, and it became apparent early on that the previous owners did not take great care of their vents and ducts. I contacted Pure Air, got a response day of, with straightforward and reasonable pricing. Fast forward to today, David and his team were on time and did a phenomenal job cleaning all of the returns, supplies, and the main unit and line. The amount of debris and dust that was built up over the years was incredible, and now it's all gone. This business is impressive from start to finish, and I can't thank David and his team enough. We couldn't be happier, and will definitely be using them in the future when needed. Thank you!

I originally gave them 3 stars for the issues described below. They reached out to me to ask about this and apologized for the problems, saying this is not up to their high standards. They sent me a check for a partial refund and a promise to do better in the future. They will come back if we have any issues.

Original review: I would have given them five stars based on the first half of their time at my house, but then when he did more of the cleaning, it felt very rushed and he left a mess in 2 of the rooms. If they were in a hurry, they could have at least told me that they were leaving a mess for me to clean up. I discovered it later when my son found the stuff on the floor. Definitely not safe to leave a dead light bulb behind and a cut up electrical cord on the floor.

Izhak came on time. He is very professional, polite and explained every process before, during and after working. He took pictures or dirt/moles, cleaned them and took pictures after the cleaning. He cleaned my whole house and opened the pathway for air to go out of my dryer that was blocked (and I wasn’t even aware). He cleaned the HVAC engine and installed a UV-C light that was missing (again I didn’t even know that). Hopefully, I won’t have moles anymore. I appreciate you Izhak!

[Update] I paid extra bugs and purchased some pricy UV sterilizing light tubes to prevent my air ducts from getting moldy. The tubes got broken in less than 1 year! I called them to ask for warranty repair but I was told that I have to purchase brand new ones so I decided to take 2 stars.
