I purchased a home a little over 3 years ago and it came with. A warranty a 10 year transferable warranty for 3 rebuilt foundation walls. This past spring we noticed cracks on our interior basement. So clearly this problem hasn't been fixed. We had been in touch with the company, got a second opinion from another contractor, we also paid for the expertise of a structural engineer. The problem is this company knowingly never fixed the actual problem but provided a warranty not realizing the the previous owner was going to sell. So this contractor wants to charge me with a warranty. I am putting this out there because I would not recommend or give this company any business. It's not fair for people to get screwed from people like this. Please feel free to share these type of people need to be taught a lesson.

We’ve been having issues with our basement flooding for years. During a particularly bad torrential rain, Eric came out to our house within an hour of contacting Premier and gave us a thorough FREE consultation on our situation and offered possible solutions. Eric is very knowledgeable and clearly experienced in what he does. I wouldn’t recommend any other company for the job.
