We purchased a nice machining center from Premier and after receiving it, we found that Haas financial hadn't been paid for the machine by the company that sold it to Premier. Hass threatened to shut us down and eventually did as a means to recover their losses. The company that sold the machine to premier indicated they would pay it off but didn't. Premier should have confirmed the machine was free and clear before selling to us, but Tom stepped up and paid off Haas so that we could use the machine without further issues from Haas Financial. It was painful but I appreciate Tom's effort to resolve the issue and would look to Premier if we decide to buy another used machine. When buying a used machine, make sure it is confirmed to be free and clear!

Straight shooters! Can't say that about many companies these days, we will be one of many returning customers.

We purchased a used QTN250 MSY from Premier. We were lied to about ship date and machine condition. I was told the machine was tested and could be loaded and shipped next day. It took 2 weeks to get it on a truck after being paid in full. When the machine arrived both key pads were non functional to the point the machine cannot be run. It can be clearly seen these parts were damaged from use and not shipping. The coolant pump has been rigged to run nonstop. It's going to cost us thousands to even get the machine running. This was an expensive lesson for us. I cannot recommend trusting Premier Equipment.

Payment made 4/15/2021, date machine shipped 4/28/2021. 13 days, my bad for saying 2 weeks. Sure blame the truck for the delay. I was told it would be ready next day. I wasn't asking for the cheapest rates and only selected from what was offered. I even offered to setup my own trucking. I understand its a used machine however I was expecting it to be in working order as guaranteed.

Your salesman was made aware the machine did not function in an email on 5/4/2021.

I've been working with Dave @ Premiere and he has been more than helpful. He led me to a great Mori NTX with an outstanding price. The service and response is top notch and they are a very honest group to work with when it comes to used equipment. Dave is currently working with me on my next project and has given great advice and information. I'll always lean to them as a resource in the CNC business!

Justin Young at Premier did a great job of helping me find and purchase a really nice Mori Seiki MT2000. I bought the machine sight unseen based on the tech report Justin provided. The machine was everything as advertised and is still ruining great today. Premier and Justin were very responsive through the entire process and I still call on him today to check out options for additional equipment. They have a great selection of really high end equipment. I will continue to seek Justin's council as I consider adding more equipment.

Recently purchased a Haas VF\11 Machining Center. Extremely happy with the quality of the machine and the excellent service provided.

Always a pleasant experience working with Premier. Numerous transactions since 2014 and never once a surprise.

I have done business with these gentlemen for the past 14 years and have to say they are the best at what they do. They are very professional and offer the best used CNC equipment in the industry.

I have bought numerous machines from premier. They have been great to work with and stand behind what they sell. I would buy from them again when i need another used machine.
