Had a great experience with Precision Appliances & Devan for routine servicing & maintenance! He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything and took the time to educate me on the do's & don'ts. I will definitely be working with them in the future. And requesting Devan specifically!

I've worked with Brian and John a few times now, and they're excellent all around. Very responsive and knowledgable, and their prices are fair. Highly recommended!

These guys are real pros. They assessed my dishwasher, then the repairman called his senior partner to go over the diagnosis. The guy in the office told my repairman that I needed less than he had suggested, lowering my cost of repair to half. I was blown away by their honesty and professionalism. I highly recommend these guys. It was a Thermador (Bosch) dishwasher .

Our refrigerator/freezer had a mysterious leak and Precision did a great job. The repair was a good value and our repairman, John, did an excellent job of explaining the tradeoffs of fixing the unit given its age and repair history. Miele parts are hard to come by, so it took longer than we would have liked but Precision kept us in the loop on that too. All around good experience!

Precision made a special effort to come on the same day that I called. My dishwasher wouldn't start. The men diagnosed the problem immediately and repaired the latch quickly. Since they repair took so little time, they knocked $50 off of the bill! I've used this company before, and they are really wonderful. Fast, neat, polite. Really, the best appliance repair service that I've ever used.

Great professional service. Came right away quoted price over the phone, quickly figured it out, had to order parts which came fast. Local competitors either didnt want to deal with an lg dryer or never called back. No one wants to spend money repairing appliances that were expensive to begin with, but when you have to this is the type of business you feel good about using. Will definitely use again.

Had an issue with my dryer, and dryer vent.
The repairman Eddie came within 3 hours. He was well spoken, and dressed in a uniform. He diagnosed my issue and changed some parts and cleaned out my dryer vent.
Everything is running smooth now, and we paid a very fair price.
I'll def being calling this company in the future.
