My goal for you as a client is to help you develop insight into the source of the problem that is bothering you. As you do this you will learn new ways to handle anxiety, stress, depression, conflict and other concerns that are keeping you from moving forward in your life. I use a variety of techniques which are tailored to meet your specific need. These include Cognitive Therapy, Acceptance based techniques, Mindfulness and others. In this way you will learn to more fully appreciate where you are in your life, be able to identify new goals, accept loss from the past and look forward to the future. Together we will identify possible trauma in your past.
