Pink Shoe Cleaning Crew

I have used their service for the last 6 months. Have tried other services in the past , none of them stack up to pink shoe. Lenny and Sophie are the best. I am not home all the time when they arrive, but when I am I look forward to seeing them.When their done my house is sparkling clean.

I have worked here since May and am very glad I found this job. The owner and managers seem to really care about the employees, listening and making changes to benefit everyone as they grow. I love the people I work with and the work itself- it is so rewarding to help people out by cleaning their homes and going the extra mile to really make things shine. For people who work well independently and enjoy a physical job, it is perfect.

Zach, the owner, comes across very well and says all of the right things to get your business. However, the cleaning did not match up to what was promised by Zach. A different crew comes almost every time so a lot of inconsistency. We have a disabled son who lives with us and it is important to know within a couple of hours when the crew would arrive so that we could plan out his care for the day. A 30 second phone call on the day of the cleaning to get a estimated time of arrival irritated the staff and when we complained about substandard cleaning, their response was "maybe we just aren't a good fit for you". Plus they scratched our stove top and said they would send someone out to look at it but never did. They obviously are so busy they only want customers who don't complain and don't care what time they show up. Very disappointing.

Hi Robert. We are sorry it did not work out well between our company and you. We were upfront with you that we have arrival windows, and do not give a specific time. The reason for these windows is to try to avoid the frustrations you continued to have when you wanted a specific arrival time. If our cleaning crew has any change in the day it can change the arrival time, and over the course of the seven months you were with us this did in fact happen more than once. We had explained multiple times that we might not be the right fit for your needs, but your family never came to the point of accepting this. Eventually, it came to a point where the level of your frustration was more than we consider appropriate in a service/customer relationship and we did tell you that we would not be coming back due to the fit not being right. Our company is not perfect, nor is any other. We always seek any possible way to please a customer that we can. It is our practice to go as far as is needed to ensure our customers are treated fairly. We had waited for a return call/email about your stovetop but never received it. That offer is still open. Update as of Sep 2021. We did follow up with this reviewer outside of google the day after he posted the review. We again offered to turn his concern about his appliance in to insurance. He did not take us up on it, and continued in the manner he previously had with us. We had four different staff members at different times come to us reporting that he had been cursing at them. Initially it was just managers, but once it was cleaners we had to put a stop to it immediately.

Wonderful people and excellent cleaning! Detailed, caring and very professional. Highly recommend.
