Scheduled a towing truck for pick up and drop off from 10-11am. Called at 10 was then put on hold for 30 mins then called again. I was put on a 10min hold. Finally, got an eta for 15mins (10:55) waited till 11:10 to call again and was put on hold for another 20mins. At 11:30 I got an eta of 7mins it’s now 11:45 so I’ve canceled. Do not lie to your clients and make them wait. This was a scheduled pick-upReport

Bad service. Waited more than 10 hours for them to show up. When you call them to get an ETA they will tell you 45 minutes every single time. I would NOT recommend them at all.Report
