Finally an actual spa experience in Columbus

The spa was so nice. No spas close to Cincinnati have the different amenities. The 1 hour and 30 min drive was well worth it. I will be back.

Went for my birthday! I loved my facial and massage. Taylor and Kaylee were the best! Will definitely go back!

Not since the heated marble hammam of the spa located in The Standard Hotel in Miami have I experienced such a comprehensive, true spa day delight. I define the true foundations of a spa day via the ability to not be booked to the high heavens with services, but rather in a patrons ability to mosey. Yes mosey - sauntering from one atmospheric experience to another, imbibing in a diversity of indulgement of the senses. And Panacea offers precisely this. Don't get me wrong, my service, a 120 minute deep tissue (or firm?) was really great: my masseuse was consistent with great control and movement. I just appreciate the various offerings presented to customers that beckons you to stay and relax awhile. Already I'm hoping the owners are looking for a second much larger location because the only con i would give is that so many people are flocking to this location, it did seem a bit crowded by the time my crew left. Bravo, otherwise!

Amazing, most luxurious spa I have ever been to in my life. I would highly recommend this place. The massage was awesome. Everything was awesome.

Very upscale spa. Nice staff. However front desk communication is poor. I booked a couples massage for 130 and during checkout I was charged 280. The only recourse provided was half tailored apology for the breakdown in communication. Originally, when booking the massage said 65.00 per person and currently when I tried to book it says 75.00 for 30 min massage. Pay attention to your price of services!

Enjoyed my massage. The spa has a lovely aesthetic.

The amenities area was crowded & loud which was not the expected ambience I was hoping for. There were large groups of friends socializing and other patrons blaring music from their headphones. In the cramped space, it was hard to relax. If I go back, I will probably try a week day instead.

Also, the steam room was not functioning which was the amenity I was most looking for.

Overall 3/5 and I'm not sure I would go back.

Absolutely incredible experience!! Kyla did an amazing job on my custom massage and the amenities were wonderful. Can't wait to come back!
