Terrible experience. Been there many times with my 40 year 36 guy group. This year my sons wife had emergency surgery 3 days before the outing. Let Mike Flynn. DIRECTOR of sales know thinking I could get him a refund of the green fees. No... went from no refund but a $708 credit good to the end of season ?(which was ridiculous) to an email from Flynn (Direcrtor) the next day that he's sorry but needed to be used by the end of same weekend to another the next day that the credit was only good for $277. THIS FROM MIKE FLYNN THE DIRECTOR OF SALES WHO DIDNT EVEN KNOW THEIR POLICIES! ridiculous! Anyway BEWARE! IF HELL SCREW MY 40 YEAR GROUP FOR A few hundred dollars,watch out! I learned my lesson. Treetops is just an amazing location for a guys getaway golf trip. We came for a 3rd year in a row and found both the weather and the quality of golf absolutely outstanding. For perspective, we've been to St Andrews, Pinehurst and several other great locations and find the value and quality of golf to be best!Report
Would recommend reserving a Jones Cottage which takes the experience to a new level. Resort quality lodging with all the amenities you would expect at much higher end resorts. All this for a bargain price. We love it and are coming back again next year.
