Needed a PCR test for my travels and of course waited until the last minute to get one. All other places didn't have availability. On duty urgent care got me in and I had my results in 15 minutes ??.

Made a same day appointment for Covid test. 204 dollars for results within 20 mins. Good for traveling to Canada. Front desk and nurse are nice and efficient. Good experience.

Facility is clean, and very nice inside and out. Was able to park on the street close to On Duty. The gentleman, Raoul, who got me checked in could not have been nicer, was efficient and knew what he was doing. The Nurse/Tech who gave me the swab was sweet and explained what she was doing before she did it, offered water and kleenex when done - GREAT PROFESIONAL START TO FINISH. I chose to pay for a Rapid PCR test(another free clinic i went to NEVER gave me my results). On Duty did ask if I had insurance I wanted to use, but I chose to just pay the $204(waited for results took 11 minutes!). I called 4 other Rapid PCR clinics and prices ranged from $325-$400 so On Duty was WELL priced and worth it to get my results quickly and get back to my life. Excellent experience and will be back if needed.

Everyone here is amazing. I felt so comfortable and cared for the whole time. They are so respectful and personable. Grateful I don't have to go to urgent care often, but I'm glad that if I do I have this amazing place!
