Midwest Express Clinic - Blue Island, IL

I was pleasantly surprised, I expected to wait hours and hours, like in the Emergency Room, but that was not the case. I was seen in a timely manner, the staff was efficient and courteous. If the need arose again, I would choose this Urgent Care over an Emergency Room visit.

The staff was professional very respectful the doctor really listened to my concerns and responded to my care immediately and I was very satisfied with my care I would recommend family and friends to visit the clinic

I had bad ear pain and went to Midwest and I was in and out in 30 minutes.

Yes. I went in for pain and stiffness in my neck and shoulder. The provider checked my blood pressure and said, "oh this is bad, this is bad. Your blood pressure is very high. You need to go to the ER." I told her my bp normally runs high but she insisted that I go to the ER. She never assessed the pain never touched me other than taking my bp. I left and went to Little Company of Mary Hospital and there were so many people they were standing outside! The wait was 8 hours! Then I went to OSF urgent care and they were closing so I went to Advocate urgent care and they were closed. I am still in pain. Couldn't sleep because of the pain. I made an appointment with my doctor and will see her this afternoon. I think the provider could have at least checked me out, took an X-ray or something.

I was surprised at the service and positive attitudes the employees and NP had.

Wasn't feeling well, went to this urgent care. The wait time wasn't long, and the staff was amazing, from the front desk to the Nurse Practitioner. Got what I needed to get me better.
