Do not call this towing agency if you want your vehicle picked up in a reasonable amount of time. I waited 7 hours for them to come get my car and take it and me to the repair shop. When I called they said they were a little backed up and it would be 2-3 hours. That worked with my time frame so it wasn't a big deal. I called after 3.5 hours and they said another 2-3 hours. After another 3 hours I called again and they said that they there was someone else ahead of me and that they couldn't tell me when they would be there. They also made a point to tell me that they tow for 10 police agencies and that they take priority over stranded people. There was zero empathy. If they had originally told me it would be over 3 hours I would've called a different company. Never using them again.

Just got my car back and they tore my exhaust off all the way to my y-pipe! Then ofcourse they denied doing any of it! Wouldn't recommend!!!

Busy and crazy there but they took good care of me. my car was towed to their lot and they were able to haul it to the Caliber Collision. Talked to the manager Charlie is the manager there and was greatly helpful, he was going to do something and took care of it and followed up in a reasonable amount of time. They are good about picking up the phone to help get questions answered as well. Appreciate your help through this process
