I got a Sweedish Massage today with Mary and she was absolutely great!! The whole experience was great from the initial interaction, the comfortable and warm Massage Table and the Hot Stones and pressure were great and so relaxing I definitely caught myself snoring a few times lol.. I walked out feeling so much better and truly appreciate Mary educating me on Pain Triggers and ways to reduce pain and tension going forward etc. just a really great massage and definitely left pleased with Natural Force Massage and will definitely return in the future!

Honestly, at this point, i'm just fed up.

I called 2 weeks ago to schedule an appointment. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes. I called again 2 days later, the same thing. I called a 4 days ago, i was hung up on while i was trying to get availability. I called today, and now there is no availability. I feel like they are either 1. racist, or 2. they don't really want your business. Either way, I was able to get a spot with another local massage place that could take us in on the date we were needing. No holds required, not being hung up on, and they were able to book with me within 3 minutes. No rude customer service. Ridiculous.

Hello this is Tim owner of Natural Forces. I'm sorry that this situation happened to you. We recently lost a couple receptionist at the same time unexpectedly. Now we are doing are best to train them quick and efficient. Unfortunately some things slip through such as leaving the customer on hold. She could have been slammed with other customers and it slipped her mind. We will take this under notice and use it in training. I'm glad you found another place to take care of you. Hope you received great service

Always happy with my deep tissue massages at Natural Forces! Elizabeth and Mary both do a great job and truly listen to my requests to ensure I get the most from my appointment. Routine massages have helped significantly with relieving pain caused form muscle tension. Highly recommend this company!!!

The staff was kind but I didn't like the massage. Unfortunately, my massage here resulted in a number of bruises. The massage wasn't relaxing at all.
