We called for possible water main leak. Kenny and Xavier were personable and professional. They understood the issue and gave several options to fix the problem. They knew their stuff. While we went with another firm due to cost. I would consider contacting them again.

Dan came out super quick on a Sunday. He was polite quick with the job. Knew exactly what he was doing. Fixed the clogged kitchen sink and now we can continue getting ready for the 4th of July. Thank you!! Dan!

They told me they could do a free estimate. That turned into I can't give a proper estimate without taking it apart and that will cost $87. I'm pretty sure that would later turn into I already took it apart, why don't you let me fix it right now. I said Hypothetically, if x part needs to be replaced, how much would that be? He refused to give me a number. Wasted my time and his own time.

Edit: I already knew what the problem was and two other plumbers gave me an estimate without needing to break into the wall. I just got it repaired today without breaking into the wall.

MyPlumber's guy told me he didn't want to give me an estimate just so I could use the number to undercut someone else.

I understand that one of our representatives has already reached out to gather additional details and that this situation required removing a portion of the wall to properly diagnose the issue. You are correct that this level of more complex diagnosis is beyond our visual inspection and would require an additional charge. Calvin P. was very professional and knowledgeable. He was on-time to work and thoroughly inspected the issue and also explained what the issue is and how he was going to perform the work. He did great job repairing and thoroughly walked me through the job. I definitely recommend My Plumber to anyone needs plumbing job.
