Was initially marked as arrived and not checked in due to arriving 15 minutes prior to appointment time. 20 minutes after appointment time was asked if I had been checked in and another staff member rudely interrupted telling the other staff member that I had been when she wasn't even the one who initially marked me as arrived. Only reason for a 3 star review is because of the lady who realized I wasn't checked in and her response when she figured it out.Report
