First, Mr. Muellers will arrange an appointment convenient for you for his coming to your home and will take the time necessary to discuss the job to be done, including alternative solutions. After this no-charge consultation, Reinhard will send you a written bid for the work to be done.

Second, Reinhard fits as much as possible with the homeowners' schedule in arranging his work hours. Once you have made your arrangements you can depend on Reinhard to be punctual and hard-working on the job. Best of all, Mr. Muellers tidies up at the end of each day so that your home can be as close to normal as possible in the evenings, even while work is being done during the day.
