Overall a good experience. Once we got the right system installed the quality was evident. We had the RO system installed as well for the drinking water and the difference is great. Ensure the You get the ER 3700 conditioner and softener as well for the house. The address ached picture is a hardness testing they did after installation. Blue is good and red is bad. The water came up Blue immediately without any additional additives to show hardness. The tech, Trey, did a great job and was very professional on install as well

After the water presentation provided by Cody, who was extremely professional and patient, we decided to have clean and healthy water in our home. (Thanks for your dynamic presentation... we learned a lot about clean water and enjoyed it.) My family and I are very happy with our purchase. The filtration system truly removes contaminants and replenishes our skin, leaving it soft, as explained during the presentation. The taste of the water is great. No more water purchases! Had a stellar experience obtaining an Ecowater system for my home. Jason did a great job learning what we needed & offering a solution that met those needs at a reasonable price without a bunch of extra stuff we didn't want. RainSoft on the other hand tried to sell us an expensive system that had more than we wanted with fewer options - not to mention a less than stellar salesman. Trey did a very professional job installing our system in less than three hours, & the appointment was booked the day after making payment. Great customer service & great quality product (so far) - very happy with our purchase.

Y'all seriously need to go for it and treat your water. EVERYTHING IS BETTER. Even our food tastes different, this was truly a smart decision.

Jason came by after we talked to a rep at Costco and gave us a demonstration testing our water. Comparing water through their filter system to our faucet made us cringe at what we were drinking. We the home filtration system plus an under the sink filter with a spigot next to our faucet. WOW the best water EVER! We find ourselves drinking way more water, the coffee is better and I use it for cooking! Outstanding! I highly recommend this to everyone!
