Tyler is the best!!! I got lip filler for the first time this month and could not be happier. Tyler made the experience so smooth; he is an absolute gem with a real talent. I am much more confident in my appearance and have gotten so many compliments on my lips since receiving treatment. I would recommend this office to anyone.

This practice, the staff, the space, the reputation… it’s all top tier!!! I have had fillers & Botox done here by tyler and Shelly and also amazing facials by Victoria! I can’t get enough of them! Every time I enter the building they take the best care of me, they make me feel like family. I have had injectables done at many places and I have never felt the quality of service that I have here.
ALSO I most recently had surgery done here by dr.Montante and I am BLOWN Away with my results. I had a truly botched breast augmentation in 2018 that I have been so traumatized from(done in the south). After years of consults I finally decided to come here. Corrections are never easy but wow are the results more then I could have imagined. My healing went SO well my scars are so minimal and I am so happy when I look in the mirror.

I am so excited I discovered Montante and their team. I have been getting Botox and various treatments for the last few years and this has been by far the best experience I have ever had. Tyler provided me with Botox on my forehead and crows feet. He has such a light hand I could barely feel it. This was also the best and most natural results I have had with Botox. I look forward to sticking with one injector and staying on a good regiment. ????????

I highly recommend seeing @lipguyongrove (Tyler Nealy) for any fillers, neurotoxin and laser treatments at Montante Plastic Surgery. The minute you take a seat in his chair, you are treated like a queen. He keeps my face looking young and I couldn’t be happier with my lips!

Today was my first time ever getting filler or botox and I am so happy with my initial results results! Tyler was an absolute sweetheart and made the entire experience as painless as possible. I was super nervous because I didnt know what to expect but as soon as we started going over the treatment plan I felt extremely comfortable. My lips look so beautiful. Dr. Montante is a talented, skilled surgeon who helped me regain my life! I am a breast cancer survivor and came to him after a failed attempt of breast reconstruction from another plastic surgeon, who I shall not name.

I was a little gun-shy and it took me two years to get up the courage to look for a surgeon who could help me. After I explained what I envisioned to Dr. Montante, he told me it was possible and "we would get there”. He was genuine, took his time during visits and he made me a priority to which I am grateful.

Since 2016, this is the first summer where I have felt comfortable wearing a swimsuit and it is because of Dr. Montante. I feel blessed to have met such a competent, caring, skilled surgeon and person. I am so grateful that he could correct my previously botched reconstruction. Not all plastic surgeons are created equal and Dr. Montante went over and above the call of duty. Thank you Dr. Montante!

Dr. Steven Montante is such an AMAZING SURGEON!! He over exceeded my expectations! I went in to have breast reduction surgery & Dr. Steven Montante went over everything with me. He made sure I understood the process & what to expect during recovery & he made me feel very comfortable. He’s very friendly &
so is his wife Shelly! Their staff are also friendly; they always greet you when you come in & they always have smiles on their faces. I went in as a size 34F/G & now I’m a size 34C & love it!!! My breasts look so beautiful! Dr. Steven Montante did an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING JOB! If you’re looking for a surgeon in RVA who’s an expertise in breast surgery, Dr. Steven Montante is your guy! You definitely won’t regret it!
