Called to change kind of strips I use due to getting a new meter. Was told unless the DR. faxed them, they would continue to send strips for old meter. This will be useless! And I too was on hold for at least 25 minutes before getting anyone - -while they kept harping about the coustomer service and how one talked to a person. Big deal!?! Person was useless!!!!!!

Very hard to get a hold of the office, they keep you on hold over 20 min. At one time I was on hold for over 20 min, a woman answered and they just said HOLD!!!. The line then went dead. The reasons we are calling is for a pt . Mini pharmacy sent the wrong DM strips. The pt was unable to get a hold of the pharmacy. Machine states that you will get a live person. but no answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
