This building has east side truck entrance and This shipping office belongs to NBTY. This office is for both shipping and receiving. The receiving hours are from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm monday to friday. Not sure about shipping hours but its open may be till night.

the company is sucks? first time delivery missing 2 items? second time spend 2weeks for delivery . and than tell me let me go some where to pick up delivery? they dont do the delivery to your address? be careful of this company! I don’t wanna items now .let it go ! customer Service sucks !

I don't know what to say. I just got off the phone with a customer service rep and they basically told me they couldn't help me and go back to Ebay - even though they are the sellers. They have a selling platform on Ebay and will not help. I bought a bottle of CoQ-10 in Oct 2021. I always buy and keep a supply handy and not wait for the last minute.

When the bottles was opened it looked like someone poured a teaspoon of oil into it. What probably happened is that one of the gel-caps broke resulting in the oily residue.

They wanted nothing to do with my problem and again directed me to contact Ebay. Now, since it is over 60 day I know nothing can be done.

Oh well. Last time I deal with this company. They could care less about customer satisfaction.

Wish they still had the outlet store.

I have been with them for at least 9 years, very good company..discounts on herbs, and 2 for one purchases, and reward points.

Puritans Pride falsely advertises sales. Example buy 1 get 2 free. One bottle i ordered was $8.07 but to get the buy 1 get 2 free special it would have cost me $21.00 and some change which in all actuality it nothing free if I paid the price that was quoted to me over the phone. It the average scam they claim to give you something free but they hike the original price up.
