Hands down the best immediate care I have ever been to. Flow of the visit was smooth, facility was spotless, staff was friendly and helpful, and the doctor was patient and thorough. They are also kids friendly - a coloring table in the waiting area and a lovely station at the end of the visit filled with lollipop, stickers and tiara for the little ones. They asked us to check back in a week later to see how we are doing at no additional fee and offered flexible appointment options. They are doing everything to the best of what we need in the healthcare system these days. Glad we finally found a place we can trust.

Went here for an eye issue and could not have been more pleased. The sweet lady at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer and check in was quick and easy. Didi the nurse was friendly and put me at ease and Dr. Khan was just wonderful! So patient and thorough. I may come here for more of my medical needs as Duly Health is a nightmare nowadays. Amazing primary (or urgent) care facility with friendly staff and in house labs. Been using them for a couple years as my new primary care and couldn’t be happier! Thank you!

Friendly staff fast service, wonderful experience, and they were so helpful and welcoming. I would recommend this medical facility to anyone! I was traveling out of state, and they were very accommodating to filling my prescription and taking care of my health needs.

The people are so friendly, helpful and considerate! I was on vacation and found them based on proximity to my hotel and insurance coverage. As a new patient there is always lots of paperwork filled with redundant questions. I don’t think I answered the same question twice :). THANKFULLY after two easy pages the rest was done online via my phone which was easy A wonderful bonus… I never filled out my insurance info! I gave my insurance card to the friendly assistant behind the counter and he said he would fill in the info for me!

The care was attentive, non-rushed, and efficient. The medical assistant was lovely and gentle (had nasal and throat swabs done). Dr Alconcel is amazing. She is a warm caring person. She took her time with me and answered all my questions.

I trust her and all the staff and wish they were in my home town. This is the kind of care that makes you feel loved. I want them as my primary care team.

I highly recommend this team! Hopefully you won’t need to see them but if you do, lucky you!

I’ve been feeling flu symptoms for over a week now and I wanted and needed to see a Doctor. Since I’m new to Henderson, NV I’ve never seen a Doctor and haven’t yet established a primary Doctor. I googled Urgent Care near my home and found Jovive. I visited their website and read what they stood for and what they provide. I immediately scheduled my appointment for today and followed the easy prompts of registering online.

I just finished my first visit and from the very moment I opened the door, Rory and Mama G gave me a warm welcome and made me feel comfortable.

Theresa was very sweet, personable and took my vital signs and helped guide me.

Dr. Khalid was very attentive, personable and kept me at ease. Knowing what I had, they did a covid and flu test on the spot and since I had congestion she had me do a nebulizer treatment.

It’s been years since I’ve had to go to the Dr and the whole staff made me comfortable and treated me on the spot.

I now can say I’ve established my primary physician and a place I can go to if I need to.

Like others have said, if I could give them more stars I would! From the very patient and efficient front desk staff to the incredibly engaged NP Laura, these folks were professional, polite, and genuinely invested in treating (and resolving) my medical issue. I literally could not be happier! From the super short wait time, to the assistance in getting my insurance sorted, to the clearly explained diagnosis and very detailed care plan... I have nothing but really, really good things to say about this entire team and would encourage others to put these folks at the very top of their Urgent Care list!
