My doctor was fabulous she know exactly what to do to take care of my issue it was very comfortable pleasant and friendly and timely matter I rather go there than the emergency room had a real bad earache the emergency room couldn't even solve the problem I wouldn't trade it for the world I will be back if I have any more issues

Quick easy very professional and understanding!!

From the front door staff to the nurse, to the doc they were exceptionally
Caring and quick. I came in at 5:20 and they close at 6 with a super sick kid. I was concerned with her breathing noises. First time at this urgent care. They genuinely were very friendly , fast, and helpful.
This is the ONLY urgent care I now want to go to

Everyone is very nice to me very prompt. The doctor on staff was doing his job very well. He had a great manner about him very much would come back and experience that I blew my mind for going to urgent care can’t complain. Wish I knew all the names to everybody else I would’ve congratulate them for their service.

Woke up with the feeling of razors in my throat. Made an appt. with the Hobart office. I had visited the Portage location once so my info was in their system. I uploaded pics of my license and insurance card prior to my appt. The receptionist/MA was very friendly and on task. The NP was approachable, friendly and helpful. I saw interactions with other patients coming and going and they’re doing a great job. The office was clean and actually quite nice. I had a great experience at the Portage location as well. They even made a follow up appt. to make sure I’m feeling better, and on the right track. I appreciate the follow through.
