Do I consider myself over weight? Not really. Did I consider myself to have be in bad shape or health? No. But going to a nutritionist helped me realize that I still can increase my energy, get into better shape, and prevent long term problems by eating healthier. Michelle did a great job going through my pantry and making sure I have things I need to make delicious healthy recipes. Cutting out a lot of corn, sugar, and wheat has really helped me feel better and be a better cycler and climber, which are my favorite hobbies.
