I never thought I would need an attorney for anything and I shopped around a little bit. McNicholas and McNicholas Law took my case and really helped me through some tough times. They are the most professional lawyers I have ever been around or met. They gave me so much support and their staff was awesome. It was not an easy process for me but they always seemed to be there and answer any questions I asked. They did not just leave me hanging and waiting for a return call. They recovered a $1,500,000 settlement for work place harassment etc. They superseded all my expectations. All I can say is, they are the best in the business.

In November 2015 I consulted with McNicholas & McNicholas regarding a work place retaliation issue. After an extensive consultation the firm agreed to take on my case against the City of Los Angeles. I was employed by the LAPD for 35 years. In 2015, prior to my 2016 retirement, I reported misconducted within the LAPD. Thereafter, my superiors took an adverse employment action against me for reporting the misconduct. My union, the Los Angeles Police Protective League referred me to the law offices of McNicholas & McNicholas. I met with the lead attorney Mat McNicholas. Upon review of all facts related to the misconduct, Mat took my case. Mat and his team of attorneys presented my case to the LAPD and City of Los Angeles. Within a year, my case was settled.

If you have experienced retaliation or workplace bullying, McNicholas & McNicholas will aggressively represent people who have been fired or otherwise retaliated against for reporting and protesting their employers' illegal activities.
