I am writing this review to express my feelings about my interactions with Mr.Matthew McNicholas . it took me a while to talk to him but eventually i had my consultation. He advised me that he wouldn't be able to take on my case ,but he did refer me to another lawyer. His kindness and honesty did not waste my time or money . Thank you very much MR.McNicholas

Everyone has been so helpful through these trying times and very professional.

My case is still on going so I'm hesitant to mention specifics. I will say that the way my former employer handled things has forever impacted. The lawyers at McNicholas have been wonderful and helping me get through very difficult issues. I have no doubt they will fight aggressively for me when this goes to trial.

i lost everything in the Dixie fire even though i haven't gotten anything yet i am happy with there work hope i will get it soon but ty you guys for all your help and hard work

McNicholas & McNicholas, LLP was a lifesaver for us. They treated us with great kindness and understanding and listened very carefully to our input and our concerns. They took time to explain every step of the process of our lawsuit and to explain all of the ins and outs of what needed to be done. After a long and tedious legal fight, McNicholas & McNicholas got me a excellent settlement. Despite numerous hurdles from the city, my attorney Abel never gave up. A few weeks ago, I received a great monetary settlement compensation from the city thru McNicholas & McNicholas Law Firm. I honestly recommend this law firm to anyone who might have suffered work discrimination, retaliation and harassment.
