I was charged $1600.($800. a vial ) for a filler in my lower chin area--It was a ridiculously high price and the results were barely visible. Furthermore, the filler diminished within a month. This is a substantially overpriced place that you should avoid. They are all about money here. Plus they tried to charge $75. for a cancellation within 24 hours even though I specifically did NOT confirm the appointment when sent at least 3 texts--which meant I was NOT confirming.

I couldn’t believe the receptionist Wendy charge $160 for consultation only to book the appointment this spa is open just to take people money poor customer service

Dr. Marcus and his team are amazing! Each time I’ve had a treatment they are professional, congenial, have a super friendly and efficient team. I can’t rave enough on how happy I am with the results from my treatments.

Love this spa! Such friendly staff and great treatments. I was blown away by the options they offered and how knowledgeable everyone was. The space is gorgeous and it's in a very prime location. I love the decor as well. The whole place has a relaxing and happy vibe! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Came to this office for laser hair removal. I had already had treatments 20 years ago elsewhere so I have experience with what it is and how it works.
My provider who did the work was very nice and gave me the dignity and respect that I expected. But the rest of the staff, and Dr. MARCUS himself, gave me a cold feeling that was rather racist in nature.

Well I'm sorry but that kind of attitude in this competitive environment doesn't work with me and other customers must be warned. We work hard for our money and providing patronage is a blessing to a business and must be treated with utmost courtesy and respect...In addition after two treatments, the results are negative. They didn't work. As I've said I have experience with this treatment so I know what to expect. Marcus needs to do alot to win back my trust and a positive review...

As I had previously stated before that it would take a sincere effort on the part of a business to win back my trust and patronage. An olive branch was extended and the business replied back to me with a favorable result which in compliance with Health information privacy, I will not discuss in public.

A sincere discussion took place and the business went far and beyond the effort to correct the deficiency. I am now more than satisfied and would highly recommend Marcus Medical Spa as a professional establishment that can be trusted to adhere to high standards expected by the public for the type of work that they practice in aesthetics.

I've been seeing Dr. Marcus and off for several years now and have always left a happy and returning customer. I've had several "touch-up" services along with a facial here and there. I appreciate his honesty and polite suggestions on any concerns. I've also recommended a friend and she was happy with his services too. I believe a consultation may be free but just call and the pleasant staff is more than happy to help.
