Receiving an honorable discharge from the United States Army in 2004, after loosing her husband Silvia Timoteo moved to Palm Beach County to be closer to her family.
In 2007, Silvia made the decision to start her own business in order to spend more time with her son. Her business decision proved to be so successful that she had to hire employees almost immediately. However, it has not only been about profits; instead, it has also been about helping the community she lives in. In coordination with Cleaning for a Reason, a non-profit organization, Luxury Maids has cared enough to give back! They are providing free home cleaning to women with cancer.
