Very bad customer service. We hired them to build a brand new home. They were not responsive through the build. Any change or correction was a battle. They made verbal promises about warranty reviews and refused to follow through. It was a mistake working with them. If you use them, get everything in writing and understand they build their way, their house, their changes not yours. They are not a custom home builder and stated that up front. They were also not a customer friendly home builder with us.Report
