I had a great experience with Red Rock for both windows and doors. There was no up selling, and the team was competent, polite, and reliable. The install went great (older house so I'm sure it was not a simple job), and they didn't leave a trace of debris.

We hired Thomas and his crew to come out and replace 3 exterior doors and extend and replace our front door. These guys by far exceeded our expectations. Every step of the way, there was constant communication. Thomas even made several visits to our house to discuss the project. The install crew was by far the best we’ve worked with. They started early, and finished the job in one day. The doors look so good and you can tell they do quality work. No corners were cut and the finish work looks fabulous. Before leaving they did a walk through with me and I as impressed as I was with their work, I was even more pleased with their clean up. You couldn’t even tell they had been there! Long story short, I HIGHLY recommend Thomas and his team for your window and door projects.

If you are looking for great windows without a long sales pitch, Red Rock Windows is the way to go! I had two other quotes but the sales pitch was so long and boring and pressure-filled. Red Rock got to the point quickly, did some measurements, and I had a price for my windows! This week, 17 windows were installed and the installation crew was great! They hauled the old windows away and installed the new ones. Not one plant was damaged and they cleaned up the work areas very well. We had our window in our bedroom removed and double French doors installed; we also had our front door replaced. All the work was done on time and they have been great. I had an issue with the front door lock getting stiff and having difficulty turning the key. WD40 did not work. They came out and fixed the lock no questions asked. Very great experience!

Welcome to Sun Lakes! Red Rock Windows and Doors is simply the best out there that I have found. I needed to replace a ton of windows, sliders + a front door. First I tried one well known Window & Door replacement company who came up with a quote So high the Rep. was shocked and embaressed. I've built houses with contactors et al, I can tell you that Thomas and his crews are by far the best around. Not just in Price $$ but they were able to install ALL my windows and doors faster than anyone I got quotes from; even Home Depot & Lowes. Every Company I tried told me it would be 3-5 MONTHS (really!) before my Milgard windows would arrive. Our HOA didn't believe it when I told them it was planned for a month from signing with Red Rock Windows.
We got the last laugh! Nice people too!

Red Rock did a great job replacing all the windows on our 1950's house. It is so much cooler. Communication about installation date could have been better.
