We had an awesome first experience with Lilmar Properties. The communication is great and the people are nice. There is a noticeable difference from the start. This is customer service done right!

I rented a vacation home from Adam Witt in December 2019. Upon arriving I found the elevator did not work. Adam came immediately to the rescue and had the maintenance staff there within 20 minutes to make repairs. Not only that, he cane and carried our clothes to the 3rd floor while the repairs were being made. The home we rented was better than expected, extremely clean, furnished beautifully, and had every thing we needed. Thank you Adam, I will definitely use your company again when we return to your Island.

Can't say enough good things about these people [Beth and Adam]. Their properties are in great locations and beautifully furnished with great amenities. We had an unforeseen issue with our air conditioner at our initial condo at the Beach Club. They moved swiftly to upgrade us to another property on the island. Top notch! We will return to their property in the future. Thank you! Jim and Denise Egeland

Lilmar Properties has set high standards for the homes they represent and in doing so they make sure they pay attention to details that keep our home looking and running it's best for renters. I wouldn't trust our rental property management with anyone else. Beth and Adam even check on our property during inclement weather to make sure all is safe and secure giving us much needed peace of mind. Renters should know when they choose to rent a Lilmar Property that it is not only clean, but well appointed and properly maintained.

Beth and Adam are wonderful. They communicate with us on important issues in a timely manner to keep us informed. My wife and I feel confident that Lilmar Properties is taking care of the renters and our property.
