The service guy did not put equipment back properly.. Cover on backwards, left the screw out of backup battery cover.. While evaluating the issue he ran the cable off the trolley and had to realign.. Not really sure what I got for $120

I am recalling my comment from yesterday.. These guys responded right away and came back today to install a brand new opener… Fast, efficient, and professional… Thanks
