I called in and had to leave a message because of phone issues. A tech called me back shortly after. I explained the door wouldn't close. He tried to save me a service charge by sending me a video link on how to check the sensors. I did the checks and they were fine. Within an hour he had a tech at my (broken) door. Jonathan was professional, friendly, and very quickly figured out the issue, made the adjustments, and it worked. He still checked the rest of the door functions and explained exactly how and why everything looked good. A+ service!Report
