I was greeted by Bre. she was professional funny and informative . Bre made my experience smooth I wasn’t rushed and she answered any questions or concerns. I didn’t know Life Storage existed when I was searching for a place it popped up I’m happy I chose to rent here. customer service was excellent.

as of the past three months this place has been the worst. unable to have someone there. when you call the 1-800 number they direct you to the location and no one is there. no one is able to resolve any issues you have. I wouldn't recommend this storage facility to anyone.

I went there today (Thursday, May 18) at 1:30 pm. No one was there and the office was closed. In addition, I saw another customer who was trying to open the gate with his pass code but it wasn’t working.

THE WORSTTTT EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE ! Spare your sanity and your money and do NOT book with them. I reserved a unit online to book in person on 5/6/23. I am moving out of college and I have a late night flight, so I wanted to put my stuff in storage for the summer. When I went to the office at 4pm as the website and the door said they close at 5PM, the office was closed and locked leaving me with no way to put my stuff in storage. I called the store and the man on the line forced my family and I to travel 6 miles to another closed building and to pay $80. Then he refused to provide us with an access code. We asked for a refund and they refused and are still reluctant, telling us we have to go to the office even though we have to fly out tonight. Now I’m stuck with boxes of furniture and down $80 with a flight in 2hrs.

Very pleasant experience. Excellent customer service. Bryanna the store manager was very polite and helpful. Highly recommended and great prices compared to others in the area.
