I have been a Life Storage customer for more than 2 years and I upgraded my storage to a larger one. Andre assisted me, he was very friendly and answered all my questions. Everything was very fast and I was very satisfied.

Andre at the Landover office on Pennsy drive was kind and compassionate. I was very late on my payment because of circumstances that were not in my control. He talked to me as a person who understand that things happen especially in this economy that we are in. I let him know when I would be able to make payments and he didn’t have an attitude and he spoke to me with respect. He is a great asset to your team

The new front desk guy is great, very professional.

Was able to successfully utilize my unit for a little over a year without any issues. Staff is very friendly and cooperative.

bad experience I had to move on the 20th of this month I made a reservation but first I paid for it online and I had to bring my car documents that they require. I got to the office and they didn't have a reservation in my name and they said there wasn't the size of storage I needed but I went online and they had two storage available. I had no idea how to solve my problem…. This company is not serious at all, they leave you on the street. at least they got my money back

easy move in process reasonably priced easy move out clean facility friendly staff 2nd time using them will use again if needed

My storage was broken into on MAY 15, 2023 did not find out until I went there to put something in my storage and my lock wasn't on there. I did not get a call or an email stating what happen. But the lady in the office told me my name was on the list and I show them I didn't received anything.
