Carl is the man!!!!! I had a big leak in my pool and tried two other leak detection companies. They both misdiagnosed and cost me hundreds. American Leak Detection was selected by my insurance company to help resolve a black mold issue. Carl J. Arrived on time and was professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my issue in short order and patiently described how to live in the home while the issue was being resolved without causing further damage. I'd use this service again.

I had an appointment with this company for which I waited several days, they sent me a message to see the route of the specialist and up to here everything was going well, according to it the gentleman would arrive at 11:04, he will call me twice and when I told them That he did not speak Spanish, the people began to laugh, when I looked out the window of my house I saw a van so I decided to go down when I got to the door, he had already left, I sent a message to the specialist and he told me that I had to make another appointment. , but he was still within the community, the truth is I do not recommend this service, they only make you feel bad for not speaking their language and waste your time.

This is second leak Brad Parker fixed for us. He did such a good time six months ago my wife left a glowing review. Another leaked up in copper piping and he fixed it too. He is professional and knows what he's doing. I highly recommend him and this company.

They were fast & solved a leak problem for less than half of the price another company qouted. I would recommend them to anyone.
