Fantastic customer service, beautiful arrangements offered, and a wide delivery range for Pensacola and the surrounding areas. The arrangement I wanted they were out of, but worked with me over the phone to put together something else just as great.

I have never ordered from here but they will definitely get my business again! They listened to my needs and successfully created a beautiful arrangement for a friends mother's funeral service. Our friends were very touched. They sent me a picture of the flowers and a notification when the flowers were delivered. This was so helpful since we couldn't attend the service. Thank you!!

I ordered the $65 pastels arrangement (close to $80 with tax and delivery fees) to be delivered to my very sick friend. The photo on the right looks nothing like what I picked out online on the left and my friend said the flowers are old and browning. Don't use unless you see the arrangement.

I believe you sent this on Wednesday. Is that correct? If so, I have left you a message to please give us a call. We close at 5:00 today and we reopen on Tuesday due to the holiday. I agree that the design looks hurried and could have been arranged more in line with the design you choose. I will say fresh flowers are purchased daily, so if there is an issue with the flowers, we would replace them within a week of purchase. Also, that would give us the opportunity to determine what the issue is with the flowers. It has been incredibly busy and flowers do not stay in the shop more than a few days which makes me think it was possible shipping problem (some shipments are taking longer than usual and putting stress on the flowers). We have very few complaints because we do watch for this, but these could have slipped by us. I look forward to hearing from you so we can resolve this to your satisfaction and have the opportunity to send a new arrangement to your friend. Thank you, Judy Fitzpatrick FSMD

Just purchased the most beautiful wreath for my Mothers Valentine gift while at a networking event. When I stepped foot into their shop to pay for the wreath I found a gift for myself before I even closed the door. If you have not visited the shop you MUST! Great people and GREAT customer service!

My wife was in Florida with family and I wasn't able to go. Just Judy's Florist delivered roses to her for her birthday for me. Beautiful arrangement. Thank you folks. Mike
