I have been going here for 28 years and Dr. Schlaack is great. The women at the front desk and the ones in the back are also outstanding. Thank you all.

I have been a patient at Legacy Urgent Care for several years now. I primarily see Dr. Schlaack. He started my treatment over a year ago for an injured arm. I got an MRI a couple weeks back. Once his office got the results, they called me to go in and discuss the results. I went in the following morning. After checking in at the front desk, the receptionist called me back. She stated that the doctor would not see me unless I pay at least $50 of what my insurance still owes them from my last visit. I explained that it was not my responsibility to pay what my insurance owes them. She went on to say that the Teachers Health Trust owes his office over $55,000. Again, that is between the doctor's office and the insurance company. I stated that I would pay my co-pay and that is all. She said that I would not be seeing the doctor then. I asked for the copy of my MRI and left. It pretty sad that the doctor is not willing to finish my treatment because of the issues the Trust is having. It turns out that I have a ruptured pectoral muscle and a 15mm tear in my labrum. As a decent human being he should have seen my treatment through. I have since found a new primary care doctor who is willing to see me despite the issues the Teacher Health Trust is having. Sham on you Dr. Schlaack.

I have read many of the write ups people have posted about Legacy Urgent Care on Pecos in Henderson, Nevada. I went there today, Sept 24 2021 and did not experience any sort of problems that have been posted!!!
Doctor Schlaak is fantastic!!! He is the doctor to go to if you have a problem! He listens and the gets right to the problem and solves it!!!!
The office staff are professional and helpful in every way. Marie and Tiffany were great! They got right to the issue I had and solved the problem!!!
I had to do some preliminary things with Cheryl, the Legacy Care Nurse, and again everything was professional and courteous.
I can't understand what people want from these professionals. They are courteous, professional and I am so glad to rely on them to help me when I an in need!!!!
If you want a great medical staff and doctor to take care of your issues, the there is no better office to visit than Legacy Urgent Care!!!!

????If you're looking for a good quick care try Legacy Urgent Care.???? They were quick, pleasant, answered their phone, and I got all the needed medications with a quick diagnosis. Plus they notified my primary so I could follow up the next week. Amazing staff and the doctor took time to see me instead of rushing off immediately.

After 3 hours of trying to find a walk in clinic that wasn't full, or $500 for a cash pay visit, I was finally put into contact with this place. The staff and doctor was excellent! I arrived at 4:15 with 6 people ahead of me. I was in & out in about an hour and a half or less. $100 out the door and there's a CVS across the street for prescriptions.

This place is a scam do not go here if you give them all your information over the phone they'll tell you they take your insurance and then as soon as you walk in the door they'll say oh no I'm sorry we don't take that insurance it's going to be $90 just to be seen.

Whats the point of having insurance when they charge you an $80 co-fee, plus a $70 office fee, & another bill comin in the mail? I only went here since UMC apparently doesn't have radiologists on Saturdays. left with little to no answers and attitude / rudeness from the staff. Save yourself the over charge & go somewhere else.

I have been going to Dr. Schlaack for over 25 years, he is by far the best doctor. Some people have a problem because he says it like it is and don't sugarcoat things. My kids have been seeing him since they were babies and still do.

Dr. Mike was so rude to me because I'm young. He literally yelled at me like a child because I had my phone ON MY LAP. Terrible staff avoid this place.
