I was very pleased and grateful for all the people working there they was very pleasant and professional not only do they help me with my auto insurance they went out of their way to help me after my husband passed I'm so grateful for all if them I would never go anywhere else for my car or house need thanks statrfarm . I would recommend them to all my friends and family

Jim has been our agent for more than ten years. He has helped us way above and beyond the call of duty on numerous occasions! We especially want to thank him for handling all the issues associated with the theft of our car while we were out of the country, so we wouldn't have to come back early. We couldn't ask for a more hard-working and attentive insurance agent!

The city contracted wrecker company really wanted to charge you through the nose to store your vehicle until you got back!!! More than happy to limit the financial loss for you.

This deceitful agency tricked us into signing a policy that did not cover our roof. They they knew it was not true, but they said that our roof was the one originally installed 40 years before. We have sent our payments on time for 10+ years. Beware- Jim has no problem cashing your checks, but he isn't going to cut you one when your roof starts leaking. Glaring lack of integrity with this office. Sign up with someone else or a different provider if you want to be treated fairly.
RESPONSE - I did call you as water was dropping into my living room and you told me to file the claim and you told me you would take care of me. You didn't do it Jim. You hung us out to dry.

We were both disappointed with the outcome of the two roof claims that were made, a few months apart. I do not have the ability to pay roof claims out of my office and must fully support the claim's department decision as it appears the roof had outlived its useful life. I wish we could have spoken prior to the second loss being turned in so I could have set your expectations better.
