Jack Rabbit USA LLC

Never came Called for roadside assistance through my insurance. Assigned to Jack Rabbit USA in LR, AR. First said they would arrive in 38-53 minutes, then 1 hour. Finally called 3 hours later and was told it would be at least another 40 minutes. Unacceptable. Glad my daughter was at her home instead of sitting on the side of the road.

Did not even show up After waiting one hour I was called and told it would be too difficult to change my flat tire and they would tow my car to. Nearby tire store. “Too difficult” … I’m pulled off in large parking lot with plenty of room, have all tools in organized box and a full size spare tire….

Good Sam recommendation Would never used them again. Waited for 1.5 hours and called him er left by good sams. Music played and called back three crimes before I reached a “live “ person. Was told it would be another 30 minutes. Doubt they will ever show.

They broke my car door The guy that they sent out broke my door. I was told to cal their claim complaint line and would get a call back in 24 hours.....it's now been nearly a week...still no call. I've called everyday.

Terrible Do not use. Was told 45 minutes. Over 2 hours later the website said they had arrived on site. They had not. Then the website said service cancelled. Local phone number I received would not answer my phone or wife’s phone. Avoid!

Terrible service Waited 2.5 hrs to get my tire changed. Nobody could get a hold of jack rabbit USA. Never came. Terrible service.

very poor service Honda Care scheduled Jack Rabbit Towing to come to my home and jump start my car. They never arrived. When I called the number provided in the confirmation email, there was no answer, just music. I finally called Honda Care back and they said the call was marked as completed, even though no one showed up (a scam to collet fees???). I'm just glad it wasn't an emergency.
